About us
JCC Leather and textile production
Since the 1980s, JCC has been a renowned name in the German leather and textile industry. Our headquarter in Deizisau is the heart of our company. This is where creative ideas are brought to life and the first designs for our licensed and own-brand collections are developed.
We coordinate the logistics from our main site in order to get our products to European distribution channels efficiently and on time. Our outlet and an extensive sample and quality archive are also located in Deizisau.
In addition to product development, we offer comprehensive B2B services that include private labeling, marketing and distribution logistics. These services enable us to work for customers in the fashion, sports and entertainment sectors and to operate efficiently in European distribution channels.

Sustainability and environmental protection
We attach great importance to ethical production methods. Compliance with a code of conduct and cooperation with production facilities that participate in the BSCI program is a central component. From an ecological point of view, we work in compliance with REACH and take into account an annually updated Restricted Substance List. We also cooperate with tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group and subject our products to regular testing by independent German organizations.

Our B2B services include production, marketing and punctual just-in-time delivery. We also offer private labeling, customer-specific developments and individual packaging according to our customers’ requirements.

Management
The twin brothers Horst and Walter Christel founded the company JCC during their studies and are still active as managing directors today.
Horst is responsible for sales and development, while Walter manages the commercial and administrative departments.
Their common goal is to lead the company into a digital and sustainable future.
Team
Our team consists of around 100 dedicated employees in Germany and abroad. This forms the backbone of our company. As a family business, we attach great importance to a familiar and sustainable corporate culture that preserves our heritage and values across generations.
We are characterized by the perfect mix of experienced employees with extensive knowledge and the younger generation, who brings fresh input and innovative ideas. The close cooperation and daily exchange within the team are crucial to our success and enable us to continuously offer high-quality products and services.
Company history
JCC’s company history began in the early 1980s with the direct sale of Italian leather fashion, which originally started out of a garage. These humble beginnings have steadily evolved over time, making us a versatile company in the fashion industry.
1984: Company founded by Horst & Walter Christel in Esslingen. Opening of the outlet and development of sales for the JCC brand.
1985: Establishment of group sales & brand services. Production countries Italy and Turkey.
1990: Expansion of the production countries (Asia). Foundation of purchasing offices in Shanghai & New Delhi with own QC.
1991: Expansion of the company premises and relocation to Deizisau.
1992: Establishment of own production facility in China.
1994: Foundation of the subsidiary La Bella Handelsgesellschaft & Vertriebs GmbH.
1995: Construction of own logistics and office premises in Deizisau.
2000: Development of own brands, establishment & distribution of licensed brands.
2005: Foundation of the purchasing office in Pakistan with its own QC.
2007: Expansion of administration & logistics.
2008: Development of new production countries for the textile clothing sector.
2012: Development of online sales (B2B & B2C).
2013: Amfori membership and participation in the BSCI program.
2018: Additional product processing & quality control service for external customers.
2019: Development of further own textile brands.
2021: Introduction of electromobility & installation of a PV system for our own sustainable energy supply.
